At Reno Custom Decals, we take pride in providing high-quality vinyl decals and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product – If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll gladly provide a refund or replacement.

Product Not Received – If your order has not arrived within 10 days after shipping, please reach out, and we will investigate. If your package is confirmed to be lost, we will provide a refund or replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a prompt refund or exchange. (Excludes CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. For customized items, a credit or exchange will be issued upon return of the order.)

For an item you are not satisfied with, return it within 30 days after receiving the item for a full refund (excluding shipping).
